Weight Loss Secrets

Lets talk about something that everyone hates..DIETS!
But, you know, diets don't always have to be as bad as we think they are.
What do you do when you start one?

Do you stock up on protein?
Do you vow to give up sugar?
Do you try to eat less fat?
Do you try to avoid carbohydrates?
Do you stop sneaking to the kitchen in the middle of the night?

Well, there are a lot of different diets out there, but the ones to avoid at all costs are what we like to call the "Yo-Yo" Diets!
These are the ones that tell you to skip meals and only eat a few calories here and there.
To be truthful these may cause your weight to go down initially but the weight will go back up!
In other words you will soon put the weight back on-you can't starve yourself thin..you must eat!

Here are some suggestions for finding the right diet program.

1. You should be able to choose from the healthy foods that you like -so some flexibility should be allowed.
2. It should fit your lifestyle
3. It should make you stretch outside of your comfort zone but should not be to difficult.
4. Write down your favorite healthy foods so that you  have some variety to choose from.
5  A habit or routine takes about 21 days to create or  break..so nothing happens overnight!.

A good diet is ESSENTIAL to any successful weight loss program.
